In large scale companies, managing workflow is a bit difficult and there is always a need to have an automated system that helps managers to get better productivity from workers. The main purpose of the system will be to log complaints against other members from different departments. The system will help managers to identify the problems of existing workflow and to resolve them quickly. The system will take care of multiple branches. This means complaint logs will be saved with Branch Name to identify related branches.
The system will also cover calculating Resolution score for each organization member which will help Management while doing appraisals at end of the term.

- Allow to create and manage branches
- Create and manage departments
- Admin can register new employees with personal information
- Assign department and activate/deactivate employee account
- Complaint History and view complaint details
- Raise a complaint with priority and attachments
- Chat between related authority persons in complaint thread
- Complaint History and view complaint details
- Allow to mark complaint as "Completed"
- If assigned person is successful to close complaint, he/she will get +1 score.
- If assigned person fails to resolve complaint, he/she will get -1 score. In this case, upper authority will be notified via email.
